Food Freedom Reroot is a three month coaching program for those who recognize their disordered eating patterns (not for those with diagnosed eating disorders), and have shown a genuine curiosity and effort around healing their relationship with food, their body, and / or exercise (i.e. maybe already tried taking the first steps, but still feel stuck).
Every human was born with the natural inclination to eat intuitively and to have food freedom, but diet culture has unfortunately uprooted it for many. In order to approach recovery and REROOT food freedom in the most sustainable and efficient way possible, you will need guidance and support along the way. Your journey with food is the furthest thing from linear, it ebbs & flows, there are peaks and valleys. I will meet you where you are, honor and feel the valleys as much as the peaks, acknowledge your goals and core values, and help tailor a path that aligns with them. We will navigate your unique journey with food TOGETHER.
Food Freedom Reroot combines psychology-based mindset practices, and intuitive eating-based nutrition coaching so that you can redefine "health". This program directly addresses how to overcome rigid food rules, perfectionism, restriction, poor body image and fear of gaining weight, and how to ditch diet culture and still live your best life. I created Food Freedom Reroot because I never reached out for help when I was struggling with disordered eating. Why? Because I had too much pride, and was afraid of change. I was comfortable (and by comfortable I mean that I had my subconsciously disordered eating habits down to a science - I was in fact very physically uncomfortable). I was also the captain of my D1 team when I was at the height of my disordered eating, so I had a ton of responsibility on my shoulders and put way too much pressure on myself to be ~perfect~. So, trust me, I GET it. Down to my core.
I created FFR because I feel abundantly passionate about helping others overcome disordered eating, and transition into their best lives again. I want to normalize asking for help, because my biggest regret is recovering on my own - it was brutal and took 10x longer than it would have if I wouldโve just admitted that I needed help when I did the most. SO, coming from someone who experienced disordered eating and body dysmorphia 1st hand, as an athlete, let me help YOU ๐ค
